Terms & Conditions
1. General provisions
These terms and conditions govern the hire of luxury and premium vehicles from VITI CAR. By booking a vehicle with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. All hirers must be at least 21 years of age and have held a valid driving licence for at least two years.
2. Booking and payment
Bookings are confirmed as soon as a confirmation is sent via WhatsApp or email. Although we offer ‘no deposit’ options for many vehicles, certain ultra-luxury models may require a pre-authorisation on a valid credit card. Payment for the hire period must be made in full before or at the time of collection.
3. Insurance and liability
All VITI CAR vehicles are fully insured. However, the hirer remains liable for any damage caused by negligence, reckless driving or a breach of the Moroccan Highway Code. The hirer must report any accident or damage to VITI CAR immediately.
4. Mileage and usage
Standard daily hire rates include a daily allowance of 250 km, unless otherwise stated. Any additional mileage will be charged at the rate specified in your hire agreement. Vehicles must not be used for racing, towing or off-road driving.
5. Delivery and returns
VITI CAR offers free delivery in Rabat and Salé. Deliveries to other cities (Casablanca, Marrakesh, Tangier, etc.) may incur additional charges. The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time. Any delay may result in an additional day’s charge.
6. Prohibited uses
In addition to the usage rules above, the vehicle may not be used to transport hazardous materials, to push or tow another vehicle, or by anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Smoking in the vehicle is not permitted; a cleaning fee applies if this rule is broken.
7. Accidents and incidents
If an accident occurs, contact the local authorities immediately when required by law, then notify VITI CAR within 24 hours. Please collect the other party's details where relevant and avoid admitting fault before our team has reviewed the incident with you.
8. Modifications to these terms
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in the law. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date; continuing to use our services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising from your rental shall be submitted to the courts of Rabat, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
